Ingredients
- 4 tea bags (oolong, Darjeeling or a strong green tea)
- 6 cups boiling water
- 8 oz frozen fruit blend (as for smoothies)
- 1 cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 3-4 lemon slices
Directions
In a pitcher, steep tea in water until tea is very strong. Add fruit, honey and lemons. Stir to combine honey into warm tea. Place pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. The longer the tea/fruit mixture rests, the more the fruit flavor will be incorporated. It will last 3-4 days, but we bet you drink it all before then!
