Directions

In a pitcher, steep tea in water until tea is very strong. Add fruit, honey and lemons. Stir to combine honey into warm tea. Place pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. The longer the tea/fruit mixture rests, the more the fruit flavor will be incorporated. It will last 3-4 days, but we bet you drink it all before then!

Fruit Tea Fizzy

Pour desired amount of tea through a strainer. Combine ⅔ cup fruit tea mixture and ⅓ cup sparkling water. Serve over ice.

Hot Tea Soother

Pour desired amount of tea through a strainer. Combine ⅓ cup water to ⅔ cup tea. Heat well and serve hot.
