Ingredients
- 8-ounces frozen fruit blend (as for smoothies)
- 6 cups boiling water
- 1 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 3-4 lemon slices
- 4 teabags (Oolong, Darjeeling or a strong green tea)
Directions
Steep tea in water until tea is very strong in a pitcher. Add fruit, honey and lemons. Stir to combine honey well into warm tea. Place pitcher in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. The longer the tea /fruit mixture rests, the more the fruit flavor will be incorporated. It will last 3-4 days, but we bet you drink it all before then!
For Fizzy: Pour desired amount of tea through a strainer. Combine 2/3 cups fruit tea mixture and 1/3 cup sparkling water. Serve over ice.
For Soother: Pour desired amount of tea through a strainer. Combine 1/3 cup water to 2/3 cup tea. Heat well and serve hot.
