In our opinion, you can never have too much pumpkin. 🎃😍 Add raw honey to the mix, and you just might have the, "I will never get tired of this" combo. Check out our latest creation, Honey Pumpkin Coffee Cake. You can thank us later.

* ½ cup unsalted butter at room temperature, plus more for greasing
* ½ cup + 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* One 15oz can unsweetened pumpkin puree
* 2 large eggs
* 1¼ cups sour cream
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1½ cups + 2 tsp flour
* 1½ tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp salt
* 1 Tbsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an electric mixer, combine the butter, honey, pumpkin puree, eggs, sour cream and vanilla, and whisk until well-combined, scraping down the sides to ensure the butter is well-incorporated. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt, and stir to combine. With the mixer on low, gently add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients a fourth at a time until completely combined.
Grease a 9×13 glass baking dish, and pour half of the mixture into the bottom. In a small mixing bowl, stir the 1/3 cup honey, 2 tsp flour and cinnamon until combined. Drizzle half of the cinnamon honey over the cake batter, then pour the rest of the batter over the top. Drizzle the rest of the cinnamon honey, and use a toothpick to swirl the topping into the batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool before slicing into 3- to 4-inch squares.

It’s #nationaltacoday, and we are ready to celebrate! 🎉🌮 These Slow Cooker Pork Tacos are a MUST try + we want to hear you describe your best taco. Is it simple? Packed with flavor? Family recipe? Let us know and snap a 📸 so we can see you get your taco on.

* 6 lb pork shoulder (no bone)
* ½ cup fresh orange juice plus the peel (about 3 medium-sized oranges) – slice * * 1.5 peels (not all of them)
* 2 light beers
* ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 head garlic, peeled and minced (about 10 cloves)
* 2 medium-sized yellow onions, diced
* ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
* 2 cinnamon sticks
* 2 bay leaves
* 3 tsp dried chili flake
* 2 Tbsp ground cumin
* 1 Tbsp ground coriander
* 2 Tbsp kosher salt
* 24 flour tortillas
* Garnish: fresh chopped cilantro, diced white onion, jalapeño slices and chopped tomatoes

Directions: Place the pork shoulder in an electric pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot) or slow cooker. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until the honey is well incorporated. Taste and add salt if needed. Pour the liquid over the pork shoulder, add the orange peels, and place the lid to secure it shut. If using the pressure cooker, set to pressure cook for 45 minutes; otherwise set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours, or overnight. Once the cooking is complete, place the pork on a parchment-lined baking sheet and, using two forks, shred the meat. Do not crowd the baking sheet – spread the meat evenly in one layer. Place the baking sheet in the oven under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the edges of the meat begin to crisp. Remove it, and place the meat on the tortillas. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro or other toppings.

Your Monday motivation is comin’ in strong with this Apple Crumble Yogurt Parfait. Is it breakfast? Dessert? No matter when you eat it, you’ve GOT to try it.

* 4 cups plain Greek yogurt

For Oat Crumble:
* 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
* 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
* ½ tsp Kosher salt
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* 1 egg white
* ¼ cup almond flour
* 1 cup oats
* ½ cup chopped pecans
* ½ cup chopped walnuts

For Apple Pie Compote:
* 2 apples, peeled and chopped
* ¼ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 Tbsp lemon juice (from about half a small lemon)
* ¾ tsp cinnamon
* 1/8 tsp nutmeg
* ¼ cup water
* Pinch of salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 325° F. Spray a small, rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray, and set aside.

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt unsalted butter, and cool slightly. Add honey, salt, cinnamon, and egg white, and whisk until well-blended. Stir in almond flour until well-blended. Stir in oats, pecans, and walnuts until fully incorporated and no dry oats remain.

Spread mixture in an even layer on the prepared sheet pan, and bake for 20 minutes, stirring and shaking the pan every 5 to 7 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for the apple pie compote in a saucepan, and cook over medium-high heat until it reaches a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until liquid is reduced and apples soften, about 15 minutes.

Allow both the crumble and apple pie compote to cool to room temperature. If making ahead of time, store the crumble in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Store the apple pie compote in the fridge for up to a week.

To serve, layer ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup apple pie compote and ¼ cup crumble. (Use a mason jar, clear dessert cup, or cocktail glass to see the layers!) Repeat the three layers once more. Serve and enjoy!

Raise your hand if seltzer drinks have been a game-changer for you. 🙌 We’ve combined honey, ginger, seltzer, and lime together for an insta-worthy cocktail. Shake. Pour. Sip. That’s it! Here’s how we did it + we’ve added a Sweet Potato & Honey Trail Mix to help create the perfect flavor combo. Check this out…

For the cocktail:
* 3 oz honey-ginger syrup (see below for recipe)
* 3 oz fresh lime juice
* 3 oz vodka
* 1 lime flavor can of White Claw

For honey-ginger syrup:
* 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 5-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into small, thin rounds

For the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lime juice, honey-ginger syrup, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fill two lowball glasses with ice and pour the cocktail into each glass until 3/4 full. Top each cocktail with White Claw Lime and enjoy!

For the honey-ginger syrup: This not-so-basic honey syrup is a great add-in to cold or hot beverages that need a punch of all-natural sweetness. Infused with soul-warming ginger, it mixes seamlessly into tea, smoothies, cocktails, or mocktails. Combine honey and water in a small pot on low heat. Once honey and water have melted together to a syrupy consistency, add in ginger and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and place lid on to let mixture steep for 30 minutes. After thirty minutes, pour syrup through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container.
