What We Do (and What We Don't)

BLEND:

IT MAKES OUR HONEY Extraordinary.

We comb the country and partner with beekeepers to get the best honeys for our blends, which include clover, canola, wildflower and tallow honey. In return, a raw blended honey like ours has a more complex and nuanced flavor. Deep. Balanced. Sweet. You can tell the difference.

RAW:

Honey is Amazing.
Why mess with it?

We don’t cook our honey at high temperatures. High heat just kills all the good stuff that makes honey so amazing. Instead, we gently warm the raw honey so we can handle it, you know, so it can be poured, lightly strained and bottled.

UNFILTERED:

We Keep the
Good Stuff in.

The honey we get is straight from the hive. So naturally, there will be some bee parts and chunks of pollen and wax floating around. So we strain it. Straining, not filtering, lets all the good stuff though, but keeps the bigger stuff out.

TEST:

Only The Best gets a bright orange label.

Bees make honey. And it’s that unadulterated honey we want. No antibiotics. No pesticides. No herbicides. And no added corn or rice syrups. And so we test the honey that comes through our loading dock day after day.
