For Iced Apple Cider
· 1 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
· 1 (50 oz) jug unsweetened, unfiltered apple juice
· 6-8 cinnamon sticks
· ¼ cup anise stars (optional)
· 2” piece fresh ginger, sliced
· 2 Tbsp whole cloves
· ice

Directions: In a large pot, heat honey, apple juice, and all spices together just until mixture is steaming and honey is dissolved. Allow to cool slightly. Transfer to a large pitcher, cover with plastic wrap and allow to sit overnight. Serve over ice. If desired, garnish with thin apple slices, skewered with a bamboo cocktail skewer.

Keeping things light after a full week of eating? We get it! For a fresh meal without all the clean-up, try this No-Fuss, Honey-Sweetened Lemon Salmon with Veggies. 🍯Check this out: ⠀

· One 8 oz fresh salmon filet⠀
· Salt and pepper to taste⠀
· 1 Tbsp olive oil⠀
· 1 lemon (sliced)⠀
· 1 tsp Nature Nate’s pure honey⠀
· ¼ cup green beans⠀
· ¼ cup carrots⠀
· ¼ cup red potatoes⠀
· 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard⠀
· 2 sprigs fresh dill⠀
· Parchment paper⠀

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating up, cut your green beans into 2-inch pieces and place into a bowl. Next, cut your carrots and red potatoes into thin slices and place into the same bowl. Cut your parchment paper into a square — roughly 15-inch by 15-inch. Fold paper in half, then open up. On one half, place your potatoes as the base. Drizzle on olive oil, and sprinkle on salt & pepper. Lay the salmon on top of the potatoes, and with a spoon, spread your whole grain mustard over the salmon. Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over the mustard, and then add your carrots and green beans. Add a little more olive oil, salt, and pepper on top of that. Place lemon slices and dill over everything.⠀

Fold parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F. Allow to cool and enjoy!

Honey and Ricotta Toast
· 1 large baguette
· 16 oz whole milk ricotta
· Zest from one lemon
· 1 Tbsp fresh thyme (optional, can sub ½ tsp dried thyme)
· ¼ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey, plus more for drizzling
· ½ lb ripe pears (or peaches if in season)
· Kosher salt for sprinkling

Directions: Slice baguette into one-inch pieces on the diagonal. Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted and browned. Meanwhile, whip the ricotta in a blender for two to three minutes or until fluffy and smooth. Add in the lemon zest, honey, and thyme, and whip for another 30 seconds. To serve, smooth a dollop of ricotta on a slice of cooled baguette toast, and top with sliced pears or peaches. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with kosher salt before serving.

Need a light and refreshing cocktail sweetened with Nature Nate's Honey? This Honey Sangria recipe is about to make your top 5 list when it comes to holiday drinks. Here’s what we did to make this unforgettable drink.

· ¼ cup brandy
· ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
· 1-2 small oranges, lemons and/or limes, thinly sliced and seeded
· 1 cup strawberries, quartered
· 1 cup mango, cubed
· 1 750 milliliters bottle of dry white wine, chilled
· 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
· Fresh mint
· Ice (optional)

Directions: In a very large pitcher, combine brandy and honey. Stir with a long-handled spoon until honey is dissolved. Add in the fruit and white wine, and chill for 2 hours. Once chilled, add sparkling water and serve.

Need a jaw-dropping recipe to impress the in-laws? ✅ Our Roasted Golden Hen will leave them sending compliments your way for days. It has all the fancy feels without the fuss. 😍 here’s how:

· (1) 4-5 pound roasting hen
· 1/3 cup soy sauce
· 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
· 4 cloves garlic, chopped
· 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, grated
· 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
· 1 lemon
· 1/2 tsp pepper
· 1/2 cup parsley, chopped

Directions: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Rinse chicken and place in roasting pan. Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze juice all over the chicken. Place rinds inside cavity. Whisk together remaining ingredients, except parsley. Spoon several tablespoons over entire bird. Place a lid or foil over the chicken. Roast for 2 1/2-3 hours. Baste often with honey mixture. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top. Serve with roasted vegetables and rice. Serves 4-6.

Scones for the win! We’re feelin’ a wee bit sophisticated with this honey, pistachio, and golden raisin combo. Whether you serve them for breakfast, as a snack, or at your next party, don’t forget the secret ingredient: 100% pure honey. 🍯
For the Scones:
· 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
· 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
· 1 Tbsp baking powder
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1 cup whipping cream
· 1/2 cup golden raisins, chopped

For the Icing:
· 1 1/2 cups confectioner’s sugar
· 3 Tbsp butter, softened
· 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
· 1/2 tsp lemon zest
· 1 Tbsp lemon juice
· 1/2 cup pistachios, well-chopped

Scones: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir honey into whipping cream until evenly blended. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, stir together 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped raisins. Pour cream and honey mixture into the center, and stir until just combined. Gently knead several times on floured surface (using remaining 1/4 cup flour). Shape into a rectangle, and cut into 16 triangular pieces. Bake for 12-15 minutes on a baking sheet. While warm, ice with recipe below.

Icing: Stir all but pistachios until well-combined. This will be thick. Spread gently on top of warm scones. Top with chopped pistachios

· 4 large yams, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch slices or 1-inch cubes
· ¼ cup of Nature Nate’s pure honey
· ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
· 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Whisk the honey, olive oil, cinnamon, and ginger, and pour half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. Lay the yams in a single layer on top, and pour the rest of the honey mixture on top. Roast for 30 minutes.
Place the yams in a dish and add the toasted pecans to the baking dish to toss the rest of the cooking liquid with the pecans. Pour over the yams and serve.

· 32 oz chicken broth⠀
· 2 pounds rotisserie chicken, deboned and chopped⠀
· 2 (15 oz) can cannellini beans and/or butter beans, drained⠀
· 2 (7 oz) cans chopped green fire roasted chilis⠀
· 1 teaspoon white pepper⠀
· 1 teaspoon cayenne⠀
· 1 (16 oz) container sour cream⠀
· 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey⠀
· ½ cup green onions (optional)⠀
· ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro (optional)⠀

Directions: In a large pot, heat oil over high heat. Add garlic and onion, cooking for 30-60 seconds until aromatic. Whisk flour into broth. Add to the pot, whisking until the mixture begins to thicken. Add chicken, beans, chilis, pepper and cayenne. Cook until the mixture is almost boiling. Stir in sour cream and honey. Heat until thick and piping. Garnish with green onions and cilantro, if desired.

Gluten-free Honey Cake?🍞 Bring it on! This indulgent loaf is packed with all the holiday feels. From cinnamon and orange to honey and a splash of whiskey, we guarantee one slice will not be enough. Here’s how…

· 3 cups gluten-free flour
· 1½ tsp baking powder
· ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
· 3/4 tsp baking soda
· 1 Tbsp instant coffee
· ½ cup of boiling water
· 1/3 cup of oil
· 1 ½ cups of Nature Nate’s pure honey
· Zest (peel) of 1 orange
· 2 Tbsp of any whiskey
· 3 eggs
· 1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions: Preheat oven to 325°F. In a bowl combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda, and set it aside. Mix the instant coffee with the water. Then blend in the oil, honey, orange zest, and whiskey. In a large bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Combine the flour mixture alternately with the honey mixture, starting with the flour and ending with flour. Stir in the walnuts.
Pour the batter into an oiled and parchment paper lined loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil for the first 30 minutes to prevent over browning. Test for doneness with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean and dry the cake is done. If moist, keep baking until the toothpick comes out clean. Turn the cake upside down onto a wire rack. Cool. Peel off the waxed paper and wrap in aluminum foil to keep fresh.
