- 2 large apple slices, like honeycrisp
- 2 oz white rum
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- Dash of bitters
- Cinnamon stick
Mash an apple slice in the base of a glass with a muddler. Add remaining ingredients except the cinnamon. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an apple slice dusted with freshly grated cinnamon.
