Peppadew Chorizo Honey Poppers Recipe

These bite-sized poppers combine sweet and tangy Peppadew peppers with spicy chorizo sausage, tangy cream cheese and sweet honey. Delicious!

Ingredients

8 oz chorizo, cooked and crumbled
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
4 dozen peppadew peppers
2 green onions, slivered

Directions

Mix chorizo, cream cheese and honey until well combined. Spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a wide tip. Squeeze chorizo mixture into peppers. Garnish with green onions.
