Ingredients
  • ½ Tbsp butter 
  • 2 slices bread (any type)
  • 1 oz shredded mozzarella  
  • 1 0z mozzarella pearls 
  • 3 prosciutto slices
  • Fresh basil to taste
  • 1 Tbsp pesto 
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey

Directions

Spread butter on one side of bread.  Add cheese, prosciutto and basil to one side of bread.  

Add pesto and honey to the other side of bread and top with the other half. 

Toast in a skillet or press in a panini press. Enjoy!
