Turmeric Ginger Smoothie

So creamy, you won’t believe it’s dairy-free. Superfood spice, turmeric, pairs beautifully with frozen mango, spicy ginger and sweet golden honey to create a sweet and splendid tropical smoothie. Add vanilla protein powder for a perfect breakfast add-in.

  • 1 (12 oz) bag frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • 1” piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • 1 (15 oz) coconut milk (lite or full-fat)
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1-2 cups Water or pineapple juice
