Sweet Potato Waffles

If you love waffles, this clever recipe hack is about to become a favorite.

For the Waffles:

1 (16 oz) sweet potato tots or puffs

2 teaspoons cinnamon-sugar

nonstick coconut oil spray

For the Toppings:

1 cup fresh berries

2 Tbsp butter, softened (optional)

½ cup Nature Nate’s Blueberry Honey Syrup

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer directions. Spray with coconut oil spray, place a layer of sweet potato tots on the waffle iron (setting the tots very closely together), sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Press waffle iron down firmly on the tots until closed. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Top with fresh berries, butter and Nature Nate’s Blueberry Honey Syrup. Enjoy!
