Sweet Potato Burgers

2 medium sweet potatoes, baked until tender
1 (8 oz) container roasted garlic hummus
3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
½ cup almond flour
nonstick olive oil spray
In a large bowl, mash peeled sweet potatoes with hummus, honey and almond flour until a thick dough forms.
Press mixture into patties.
Fry patties on a nonstick skillet lightly greased with olive oil, or cook over an aluminum-foil lined grill until golden on both sides.
Serve on buns with avocado slices, sprouts and vegan mayonnaise.
