Sweet Potato Burgers

- 2 medium sweet potatoes, baked until tender
- 8 oz container roasted garlic hummus
- 3 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ½ cup almond flour
- Nonstick olive oil spray
In a large bowl, mash peeled sweet potatoes with hummus, honey and almond flour until a thick dough forms. Press mixture into patties.
Fry patties in a nonstick skillet lightly greased with olive oil, or cook over an aluminum foil-lined grill until golden on both sides.
Serve on buns with avocado slices, sprouts and vegan mayonnaise.
