This creamy, guilt-free dip is best served with veggies, or add a little something to your everyday tacos.

Ingredients

Sunflower Seed Hummus

  • ½ cup raw sunflower seed butter
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon mineral salt
  • ½ -¾ cup water

Veggie Tacos

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage and carrot slaw mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • ½ teaspoon adobo seasoning (or mineral salt)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, optional
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes, for garnish
  • Avocado slices, for garnish

Directions

Sunflower Seed Hummus

In a food processor, puree all ingredients until very creamy. Add water to achieve desired texture. Puree again (the longer the better!).

Serve with julienne vegetables.

Veggie Tacos

Toss slaw mix, green onions, honey, adobo seasoning and onion powder together and set aside.

Spoon Sunflower Seed Hummus inside two butter lettuce leaves that are layered. Spoon veggie mixture on top.

Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and avocado slices.
