It’s time to break out the blender! Transform a typical smoothie into an entire moment with our Smoothie Bowl, a rich and creamy dish enjoyed any time of day. Mix together your dairy of choice, peanut butter, pure honey, cocoa powder and banana, and top with chia seeds, fruit and nuts. Enjoy!

  • ½ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc.
  • 1 banana, frozen in chunks (or add extra ice if not frozen) 
  • ½ cup ice cubes 
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter 
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey 

Toppings: fresh banana slices, chia seeds, granola, drizzled honey and/or peanut butter, berries, etc.

In a high powered blender, blend together the milk, banana, ice, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla extract and honey. Adjust the milk/ice as needed to get the consistency you want, and add more honey as needed for extra sweetness! 

Top with desired toppings and serve immediately. Can easily be doubled.
