Yield 1 Smoothie Bowl

- ½ cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, etc)
- 1 banana, frozen in chunks (or add extra ice if not frozen)
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
Toppings: fresh banana slices, chia seeds, granola, drizzled honey and/or peanut butter, berries, etc.
In a high powered blender, blend together the milk, banana, ice, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey.
Adjust the milk/ice as needed to get the consistency you want, and add more honey as needed for extra sweetness!
Top with desired toppings and serve immediately. Can easily be doubled.
