Salmon Patties with Honey Sriracha Sauce

Spice up your salmon with a zesty honey Sriacha sauce!  Sour lime juice, sweet honey and spicy Sriracha sauce combine with savory salmon patties to make an unforgettable entrée.

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, lightly chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil (enough to fill 1/2 inch deep in a heavy skillet)


  • 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 4 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1-2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Combine patty ingredients until well mixed. Pat into 16 round balls and slightly flatten with the palm of your hand. Heat oil to about 375 degrees. Stir together sauce ingredients and set aside. With a slotted spoon, fry several patties at a time. Turn once and cook until deep golden color. Drizzle with honey Sriracha sauce and serve while hot.
