Ingredients
Salmon Patties
- 1 lb fresh salmon, lightly chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil (enough to fill ½-inch deep in a heavy skillet)
Sauce
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 4 Tbsp sriracha sauce
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp lime zest
- 1-2 tsp lime juice
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Salmon Patties
Combine patty ingredients until well mixed. Pat into 16 round balls and slightly flatten with the palm of your hand. Heat oil to about 375°F. With a slotted spoon, fry several patties at a time. Turn once and cook until the patties are a deep golden color.
Sauce
Stir together all sauce ingredients, except cilantro, and set aside.
Drizzle honey sriracha sauce over salmon patties and garnish with cilantro. Serve while hot.
