Red Fruit Salad

This is not just any fruit salad. Take with you to work, or make for the family's dinner on a weeknight. Quick, easy, sweet.

2 cups cubed fresh watermelon

1 cup fresh raspberries

1/3 cup red onion, well chopped

1/3 cup feta cheese

1 tablespoons basil, slivered

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons¬†Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoons black pepper

In a jar with a fitted lid, combine pepper, salt, vinegar, honey and oil.

On a small platter, evenly layer the  melon, berries, onion, cheese and basil.

Shake dressing jar and pour over all.

Serve immediately.
