Ingredients
- ½ cup raw cashew butter
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 ½ cups vegan or grain-sweetened chocolate chips, melted
- ½ cup raw pecan halves
- Pinch of salt, optional
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together cashew butter and honey. Add a pinch of sea salt, if desired. Line a standard-sized muffin tin with silicone or parchment baking cups. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup. Allow to cool slightly.
Top with cashew butter honey. Sprinkle with several pecans. Top with more melted chocolate. Press 1-2 pecans in the top of each turtle. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
