Pomegranate Almond Salad

A quick and simple salad, with an autumn-spiced vinaigrette. A nice, light side for holiday dinners.

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup pomegranate arils
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted lightly
  • 3 Tbsp white balsamic or white peach balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, toss together greens, arils and almonds.

In a small mason jar, mix together vinegar, olive oil, honey and cardamom.

Shake until well combined.

Drizzle over salad.

Salt and pepper to taste.
