Ingredients
Coffee:
1 cup strong, hot coffee
1/2 cup steamed milk or half and half
1 drop pure peppermint extract
2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Honey or two Spoonful of Honey packets
Topping:
1/2 cup cold whipping cream
1 drop pure peppermint extract
1-2 drops red food color
2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Honey or two Spoonful of Honey packets
Directions
Whip the cream while the coffee is brewing. When it stands in stiff peaks, combine all remaining topping ingredients until pretty and pink.
Stir hot milk, honey and peppermint into hot coffee. When well-combined, pour into two cups. Top with a generous dollop of pink peppermint whipped cream.
Garnish with peppermint sticks if desired.
