  • ½ cup steamed milk or half and half

  • 1 cup strong, hot coffee

Whip the cream while the coffee is brewing. When it stands in stiff peaks, add all remaining topping ingredients and combine until pretty and pink.


Stir hot milk, honey and peppermint into hot coffee. When well combined, pour into two cups. Top with a generous dollop of pink peppermint whipped cream topping.

Garnish with peppermint sticks if desired.
