PB&J Froyo Bites

Ingredients
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
  • 3 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup jam

Directions

Line a muffin tin with silicone liners. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until combined. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture into each muffin cup, making sure the bottom is completely covered. Place 1 teaspoon of jam in the center of each muffin cup, and then add 1 tablespoon of yogurt mixture on top. Use the remainder of yogurt to make sure there is no jam showing. Place in freezer for about 3 hours or overnight. Remove from tin, and store in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.
