Breakfast & Brunch:

Paleo Pancakes

Forget the pancake mix! These naturally sweet whole food pancakes are grain and gluten free. So you can enjoy an entire stack of flapjacks for breakfast. What could be sweeter than that?

For the pancakes:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 plaintains
  • 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 steamed beet
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • pinch salt

For the fruit:

  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp pomegranate arils (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey


In a blender, puree together pancake ingredients. Cook in skillet heated to medium heat, using coconut oil to keep the pan well-greased.

Mix together fruit, tossing in honey until well coated. Serve pancakes topped with honeyed fruit. Or serve with Nature Nate’s Strawberry syrup. Enjoy!
