Mango Curry Tofu

A simple, fast, splendid dinner. This easy eat is about to become a go-to favorite for hectic evenings when you still want to eat right. Treat yourself to something different!

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 package extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 mango, pitted, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Mango Curry Tofu

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add coconut oil, stir fry tofu until golden around the edges. Sprinkle with curry powder, turmeric and salt, drizzle with honey. Cook just until honey begins to glaze tofu.

Serve over rice, topped with mango and garnished with cilantro.
