Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 14 oz package extra firm tofu, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 mango, pitted, peeled and diced

Directions

Heat a large skillet over high heat. Add coconut oil and stir fry tofu until golden around the edges. Sprinkle with curry powder, turmeric and salt, drizzle with honey. Cook just until honey begins to glaze tofu.

Serve over rice, top with mango and garnish with cilantro.
