Macadamia Honey Crunch

- 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup dry roasted macadamia nuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Lower heat, and stir occasionally until reaching exactly 290 degrees on a candy thermometer.
Pour onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet with sides and allow to cool. Break into brittle for candy or into bits to stir into ice cream.
