Ingredients
- ½ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup dry roasted macadamia nuts
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan. Lower heat and stir occasionally, until reaching exactly 290°F on a candy thermometer.
Pour onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet with sides and allow to cool. Break into brittle for candy or into bits to stir into ice cream.
