Hot Honey Walnut Whipped Feta

Ingredients
- 8 oz block feta cheese
- ¼ cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tsp Nate’s Hot Honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil, as needed, to thin
- Diamond of California Hot Honey Walnuts, for topping
- Fresh thyme, for topping
Directions
In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt, lemon juice, hot honey and garlic. Process until smooth, adding in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil as needed to thin to your desired consistency. Adjust lemon juice as needed to balance the saltiness of the cheese.
Serve in a bowl topped with roughly chopped hot honey walnuts, fresh thyme and a drizzle of Nate’s Hot Honey.
