Hot Honey Walnut Whipped Feta

In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt, lemon juice, hot honey and garlic. Process until smooth, adding in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil as needed to thin to your desired consistency. Adjust lemon juice as needed to balance the saltiness of the cheese.
Serve in a bowl topped with roughly chopped hot honey walnuts, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of Nate’s Hot Honey.
