Core and wedge 5 apples. Drizzle with half of the lemon juice. With a sharp paring knife, cut off the top of the 6th apple, and use a spoon to hollow out the center of the apple. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Fill apple with honey. Place on a serving platter, surrounded by apple wedges. Dip wedges in honey and enjoy!
