Yield: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 45 Minutes
- Four 4-oz portions of salmon (1 lb)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Season the flesh of the salmon with salt and pepper.
In a medium sauce pan, stir together the honey, garlic and smoked paprika.
Place the salmon in the honey mixture and turn to coat. Cover the pan and place in the refrigerator. Allow the salmon to marinate for 30 minutes and up to 8 hours, turning once.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Remove the salmon from the sauce pan, letting the marinade drip off as much as possible. Pat off any excess with a paper towel and place the salmon skin-side-down in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the thickest part of the salmon reaches 125°F.
Meanwhile, place the sauce pan with the marinade over medium-high heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil and cook until slightly reduced and thickened.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon and serve.
