Honey French Toast

French toast is a breakfast staple when you have a few extra minutes in the morning. Adding honey to the mix and on top will make those morning bites that much better.

Total Time 15 minutes

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup half and half or milk
  • 2 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 6 pieces of bread, like brioche or sourdough
  • Butter or oil for griddle or pan


Preheat griddle to 325 degrees or just under medium heat if using a pan. Mix together eggs, milk, honey, and cinnamon in a shallow dish like a pie pan. Once combined, dredge each slice one by one, front and back in mixture. Add bread to the griddle, and let cook until golden brown on each side. Top with honey and serve!
