Honey Bun Overnight Oats

Wake up to the scrumptious flavor of a cinnamon-kissed honey bun with this deliciously simple recipe for honey bun overnight oats.

Ingredients

For the oats layer:

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

For the cinnamon layer:

  • 2 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

For the icing layer:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream or coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey


Directions

In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients for the oats layer. Spoon half of mixture into a 1-pint mason jar. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients for the cinnamon layer. Drizzle the cinnamon layer in the mason jar, on top of the oats. Top with remaining oats mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold, or warm in microwave for 30-60 seconds. Swirl together the ingredients for the icing layer, do not overmix. Spoon on top of oats. Garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
