Try a new take on a summertime classic with our grilled peaches and honey cream. Fresh peaches drizzled with sweet honey and topped with dollops of fresh vanilla cream blend perfectly with the savory flavor of gorgonzola cheese or with cold, creamy coffee ice cream.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ¼ cup cream
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tps vanilla extract
- 4-6 peaches, halved and pitted
Directions
Mix honey, cream, salt and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Set asisde.
Place peaches on preheated grill or in a pan under a broiler. Grill, skin side up, for about 5 minutes. Turn peaches and fill the holes where the pits were with the honey mixture.
Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes while basting with the extra honey mixture.
Serve peaches warm with gorgonzola or bleu cheese and walnuts, or with a scoop of coffee ice cream.
