Grilled Peaches and Cream

Try a new take on a summertime classic with our grilled peaches and honey cream. Fresh peaches drizzled with sweet honey and topped with dollops of fresh vanilla cream blend perfectly with the savory of flavor gorgonzola cheese or with cold, creamy coffee ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1/4 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla


Directions

Place peaches on preheated grill or in a pan under a broiler. Grill, skin side up, for about 5 minutes. Turn peaches and fill the holes where the pits were with the honey mixture. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes while basting with the extra honey syrup. Serve peaches warm with gorgonzola or bleu cheese or with a scoop of coffee ice cream.
