Ingredients
- 2 green apples, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 8 slices prosciutto
- ½ cup chèvre or ricotta
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 8 fresh thyme sprigs
- Salt and pepper, if desired
Directions
