Farmers Market Toast
These little toasts burst with the flavor of a Saturday morning, open-air farmers market! Sun-kissed peaches, sweet tomatoes and corn, all tied together with creamy burrata and luscious honey make a simple and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 4 oz burrata
- 2 slices crusty French bread, toasted
- 1 peach, sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cob grilled corn, kernels removed
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
Directions
Divide burrata between bread slices and top with peaches.
Toss tomatoes and corn with olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Divide tomato mixture between bread and drizzle with honey.
