Ingredients
- 4 oz. burrata
- 2 slices crusty French bread, toasted
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cob grilled corn, kernels removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
Directions
Divide burrata between bread slices, and top with peaches.
Toss tomatoes and corn with olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Divide tomato mixture between bread and drizzle with honey.
