Directions

In a mason jar, add the instant oats and ingredients from your desired combo below. When you are ready to make your oatmeal, remove the metal lid, add the water and honey, and stir to combine. Microwave for 1 minute. Then allow the oatmeal to rest for 1 minute, so it will thicken slightly. Stir and enjoy!

Peaches & Cream

  • 1 tablespoon nonfat dried milk powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches

Dairy-Free Peaches & Cream

  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk powder
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches

Apple & Cinnamon

  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried, unsweetened apples

  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chopped, dried pears

Cranberry & Almond

  • 2 heaping tablespoons dried, unsweetened cranberries

  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal
