Toss any of these unique flavor combos together the night before, and zap for one minute (that’s it!) for instant morning delight.

Directions

In a mason jar, add the instant oats and ingredients from your desired combo below. When you are ready to make your oatmeal, remove the metal lid, add the water and honey, and stir to combine. Microwave for one minute. Then allow the oatmeal to rest for one minute, so it will thicken slightly. Stir and enjoy!

Combinations:

Peaches & Cream

  • 1 tbsp nonfat dried milk powder
  • 2 heaping tbsp chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches

Dairy-Free Peaches & Cream

  • 1 tbsp coconut milk powder
  • 2 heaping tbsp chopped, dried, unsweetened peaches

Apple & Cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tbsp chopped, dried unsweetened apples

Cinnamon & Pear

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tbsp chopped, dried pears

Cranberry & Almond

  • 2 heaping tbsp dried, unsweetened cranberries
  • 1 heaping tbsp raw, sliced almonds

Multi Grain Instant Oats

  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
