Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp minced fresh chives
- 2 tsp minced fresh basil
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsley
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey, plus more for drizzling
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 8 slices white bread
- 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
Directions
Whip together the cream cheese, chives, basil, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, honey and lemon juice.
Spread over 4 slices of bread, then top with cucumbers. Drizzle with a small amount of honey, then top with another slice of bread. Cut off the crusts, then cut each sandwich into 4 triangles.
