Pectin-Free, No-Cook, Honey-Sweetened Chia Jam

All natural, no cook chia jam, made with seasonal fruit and berries. The perfect way to enjoy the bounty of fall and spring. So, bring on the yummy goodness of honey and fruit you can spread on toast or mix with a cup of greek yogurt.

Total Time 30 minutes

  • 12 ounces berries, pitted cherries or peeled ripe peaches
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Nature Nate’s Raw & Unfiltered Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, cardamom or ginger (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds

In a blender or food processor, blend fruit, honey, spices and vanilla together until puree’d. Then, stir in chia seeds.

Before serving, allow to sit for 20 minutes until thickened.

Store in fridge in an airtight container, and enjoy within 1 week.
