Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 oz low fat cream cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

Remove and discard any coarse outer leaves from the cauliflower, and roughly chop the cauliflower florets and core. Boil or steam the cauliflower until it is very soft. In a food processor, add cooked cauliflower and all remaining ingredients. Puree until creamy and smooth.

Serve immediately.
