Caramelized Banana Toast

Total Time 10 minutes
- 2 bananas
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 slices of bread
- 4 Tbsp peanut butter
Preheat griddle to 350 degrees. Mix coconut oil and honey together in a small bowl and then pour all over hot griddle.
Slice bananas about 1/8- to ½-inch thick, and add sliced bananas to griddle. Let cook until golden brown, and then flip and repeat to other side (about 2 mins per side). Remove bananas from griddle, and set on parchment paper.
Toast bread, and add peanut butter* to each slice. Layer on caramelized bananas. Enjoy with an extra drizzle of honey or a pinch of cinnamon!
*Feel free to substitute peanut butter with any nut butter.
