Ingredients
- 1½ sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- ¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup butterscotch chips
- ½ cup crushed salted pretzels
- ¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 325°F. In an electric mixing bowl, whip the softened butter, honey, eggs and vanilla extract together. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl a third at a time until well combined. Fold in the butterscotch chips, pretzels and bittersweet chocolate chips.
Using a large ice cream scooper, scoop 8-10 cookies, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, and place on a cookie rack to cool. Serve and enjoy!
