Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 1 ½ sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ cup butterscotch chips
- ½ cup crushed salted pretzels
- ¼ cup bittersweet chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In an electric mixing bowl, whip the softened butter, honey, eggs, and vanilla together. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl a third at a time until well-combined. Fold in the butterscotch chips, bittersweet chocolate chips, and pretzels. Using a large ice scream scooper, scoop 8-10 cookies, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, and place on a cookie rack to cool. Serve, and enjoy!
