Breakfast Croissant
Breakfast is served! Start your day with an easy breakfast croissant sandwich. Light and fluffy croissants coated with a buttery honey mixture made with Nate's Honey pair deliciously with scrambled eggs and bacon.

Ingredients
- 4 medium sized croissants
- 4 Tbsp salted butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 8 eggs, scrambled
- 4 slices cheddar or jack cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked
Directions
Slice the croissants in half lengthwise, then place cut side down on a baking sheet.
Whisk together the butter and honey, then evenly spread a small amount over each half of the croissants. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the tops just start to get golden.
Remove from the oven and assemble your sandwiches – place scrambled eggs on the bottom half of croissant, top with cheese and a slice of bacon and the top half of croissant. Serve immediately.
