- 1 frozen banana
- 2-3 Tbsp almond butter
- 2-3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp The Natural Citizen Organic Protein
