Creamy and sweet. This super simple smoothie is high in protein and flavor. Plus, a great way to sneak in your daily dose of apple cider vinegar!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2-3 Tbsp almond butter
  • 2-3 Tbsp Nature Nate’s pure honey
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp The Natural Citizen Organic Protein


Add all ingredients to your blender. Puree until very creamy. It’s just that easy!
