Asparagus, Prosciutto and Brie Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1½ oz brie
- 1 large piece of naan (about 3 oz)
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 stalks of asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1 oz prosciutto
- 1 Tbsp Nate’s Hot Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F with the rack in the center position.
Slice the rind off the brie and discard. Slice the brie into small flat pieces and arrange on the naan. Fill in the spaces between the brie pieces with shredded mozzarella.
Scatter the chopped asparagus over the cheese. Tear the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces and arrange on top of the asparagus and cheese.
Bake the flatbread directly on the center rack for 8 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the edges start to brown.
Drizzle flatbread with hot honey and serve.
