Apple Slaw with Ginger Honey Cream

This great-tasting coleslaw is made from scratch, and it's anything but boring. A simple cold side dish for entertaining or tailgating, try this twist on classic coleslaw at your next barbecue! You can even add to grilled shrimp tacos for a yummy Taco Tuesday fiesta.

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup plain yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 fresh apples, cored and sliced very thinly

Directions

Whisk all but apple slices together in a medium-sized bowl until well blended. Stir in apples and coat well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
