Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- 1 lb butter
- 1 lb almonds
Directions
Butter a large kettle and a wooden spoon. Place all ingredients in kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until mixture reaches exactly 290°F.
Pour candy into buttered cookie sheets with sides. Allow to cool. Crack the large sheets of candy into brittle-sized pieces.
