Acai Bowls

Ingredients
Acai Berry Bowl
- 1½ cups water
- ¾ cup red quinoa
- 4 oz pouch acai berry puree*
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup toasted walnuts or almonds
Acai Banana Bowl
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 Tbsp cornmeal
- ⅓ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- 4 oz pouch acai berry puree*
- 1 banana
Directions
Acai Berry Bowl
Boil water in a small saucepan. Add quinoa and cook until quinoa “blooms,” about 3-4 minutes. Stir acai, almond butter and honey into quinoa.
Divide into 2 bowls. Top with dried cranberries and nuts.
Acai Banana Bowl
Boil water in a saucepan. Add quinoa and cornmeal. Cook until thick. Stir in honey, peanut butter and acai puree.
Top with banana slices, and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
