Almond butter boosted with the best flavors of autumn! This quick and easy pumpkin toast recipe is our fall breakfast food of choice.

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Orange sprinkles (optional)
  • Lime zested into curlicues (optional)

Directions

In a medium bowl, melt almond butter in microwave, just until softened. Stir in pumpkin puree, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice and honey. Spread onto toast.

Decorate with chocolate chips, sprinkles, lime zest, and mint leaves, if desired.
