Ingredients
  • 15 oz can cannellini beans, drained
  • 1 bunch watercress, stems removed
  • 1 mango, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 4-5 radishes, stemmed and sliced
  • ½ cup feta
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped well
  • 1 batch Honey Mango Dressing

Directions

Toss together beans, watercress, mango and radishes. Top with sprinkles of feta and add cilantro as a garnish.
