Ingredients
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice (about ½ bunch)
  • 2 cups broccoli slaw mix

Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 Tbsp raw sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce*
  • 8 whole pitted dates

Directions

Puree all sauce ingredients until very smooth.

Toss into rice and veggie mixture until veggies are all well coated.

*For an entirely raw recipe, substitute Sriracha with ¼ seeded red bell pepper and a slice of jalapeno.
