Honey Almond Butter Apple Panini Recipe

Warm and crispy on the outside, melty and fresh on the inside, this nut butter and apple panini is a wonderfully fresh twist for mealtime.

Ingredients

¼ cup Nate’s 100% Pure Honey
¼ cup peanut or almond butter
4 slices cinnamon swirl bread
8 very thin slices green apple
2 Tbsp soft butter

Directions

Stir together honey and nut butter. Spread the mixture on 1 side of each piece of bread. Sandwich the apples between the nut-buttered sides of the bread. Spread butter on the outside of each slice of bread.

Place on panini grill and grill until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
