Honey Butter

Honey Butter is always a good idea. This magical combo tastes lovely with basically everything: biscuits, toast, veggies, proteins and so much more. Creamy unsalted butter, sweet pure honey and a pinch of salt. Is there anything more we need from life? We don’t think so.

Directions

Fill a medium microwave-safe bowl with water, cover with a plate, and microwave for 3 minutes or until the water is steaming.

Pour out the water and dry the bowl and plate. Place the stick of butter inside the warm bowl and cover with the warm plate until the butter is very soft, about 10 minutes.

Whip the butter using an electric hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy. Add the salt and honey and continue whipping until fully incorporated.

Store covered at room temperature for 1-2 days or in the refrigerator for up to 3 months. If refrigerated, let come to room temperature and stir well before serving.
