* 16 oz frozen peaches
* 1 cup low fat milk
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the cocktail:
* 3 oz honey-ginger syrup (see below for recipe)
* 3 oz fresh lime juice
* 3 oz vodka
* 1 lime flavor can of White Claw
For honey-ginger syrup:
* 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1/2 cup water
* 1 5-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into small, thin rounds
Directions:
For the cocktail: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lime juice, honey-ginger syrup, and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fill two lowball glasses with ice and pour the cocktail into each glass until 3/4 full. Top each cocktail with White Claw Lime and enjoy!
For the honey-ginger syrup: This not-so-basic honey syrup is a great add-in to cold or hot beverages that need a punch of all-natural sweetness. Infused with soul-warming ginger, it mixes seamlessly into tea, smoothies, cocktails, or mocktails. Combine honey and water in a small pot on low heat. Once honey and water have melted together to a syrupy consistency, add in ginger and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and place lid on to let mixture steep for 30 minutes. After thirty minutes, pour syrup through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container.

Cake Balls:
* 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
* 1/3 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 1/4 cups wheat germ
* 1 1/4 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (or graham crackers)
* 1/3 cup almond butter
* 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
* 1/4 tsp salt
Optional (for dipping):
* 1 cup white chocolate chips
* 1 Tbsp coconut oil
Directions: Combine pumpkin puree and honey over low heat. Move to a large bowl, and add wheat germ, crushed vanilla wafers, almond butter, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well, and scoop into round balls with a small ice cream scoop. Chill. Then, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil just until chips lose their shape. Stir well, and dip chilled cake balls in the white chocolate. Skewer each cake ball with a craft stick to make cake pops. Refrigerate before taking the first sweet bite.

* 1/2 cup butter, softened
* 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 egg
* 2 cups self-rising flour
* 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions: Combine butter, honey, and egg. When well mixed, stir in flour and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill for about one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Dip into cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet with cinnamon side up. Bake for 10-12 minutes. *Note: Honey makes these cookies softer than those made with sugar. Making them smaller helps them hold together well.

* 2 Tbsp virgin coconut oil
* 2/3 cup popcorn kernels
* ½ tsp salt
* ¼ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
For the snack mix:
* ¼ cup dried cranberries
* ¼ cup dry, salted cashews
* ¼ cup dry, salted almond
* ¼ pretzel pieces
Directions: In a large stainless-steel pot, add coconut oil and a few kernels, cover and set heat to medium high on the stove. Once the first kernels pop, quickly add the rest of the kernels, salt, and cover. Shake vigorously and stay close to the stove. Once you can count to four without hearing a kernel pop, immediately remove from heat. Place the popcorn on a baking sheet and evenly drizzle honey. Once cooled, toss to incorporate the honey into all the popcorn, add the cranberries, cashews, almonds, and pretzels. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.

Ingredients:
For honey-thyme syrup:
* ½ cup water
* 5 sprigs fresh thyme, plus some for garnish
* ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
For 2 cocktails:
* ¼ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen), plus a few for garnish
* 2 oz. fresh lemon juice (from about one large lemon)
* 2 oz. honey-thyme syrup
* 3 oz. bourbon
* 1 oz. elderflower liqueur
* Ice
Directions:
For honey-thyme syrup: Bring ½ cup of water to a boil, add 4 sprigs of fresh thyme, remove from heat, and stir in honey. Steep at room temperature for about 20 minutes. Strain into a jar or bottle and store in fridge for up to two weeks.
For cocktails: Muddle blueberries with lemon juice in a shaker or jar until all blueberries are smashed. Add honey-thyme syrup, bourbon, elderflower liqueur, and a handful of ice, close the shaker, and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over ice in two rocks glasses. Garnish with a few fresh blueberries and 1 sprig of thyme.

Ingredients:
* 6 lb. pork shoulder (no bone)
* ½ cup fresh orange juice plus the peel (about 3 medium-sized oranges) – slice 1.5 peels (not all of them)
* 2 light beers (we used Shiner Light Blonde)
* ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
* 1 head garlic, peeled and minced (about 10 cloves)
* 2 medium-sized yellow onions, diced
* ½ cup fresh chopped cilantro
* 2 cinnamon sticks
* 2 bay leaves
* 3 tsp. dried chili flake
* 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
* 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
* 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
* 24 flour tortillas
* Garnish: fresh chopped cilantro, diced white onion, jalapeño slices and chopped tomatoes
Directions: Place the pork shoulder in an electric pressure cooker (like an Instant Pot) or slow cooker. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until the honey is well incorporated. Taste and add salt if needed. Pour the liquid over the pork shoulder, add the orange peels, and place the lid to secure it shut. If using the pressure cooker, set to pressure cook for 45 minutes; otherwise set the slow cooker to low and cook for 8 hours, or overnight. Once the cooking is complete, place the pork on a parchment-lined baking sheet and, using two forks, shred the meat. Do not crowd the baking sheet – spread the meat evenly in one layer. Place the baking sheet in the oven under the broiler and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the edges of the meat begin to crisp. Remove it, and place the meat on the tortillas. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro or other toppings.

Directions: With 1 tsp honey and salt, rim two rocks glasses. Set aside. In a blender, combine 1/3 cup honey, avocado, lime juice, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint and lime, and sprinkle a pinch of cayenne (if desired) on top for garnish. *Pro tip: For a grown-up version of this margarita, add 3 oz tequila to the blender. If a thinner consistency is desired, add 1/4 cup water to the blender and puree.

* 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter (no sugar added)

* ½ cup of jam
Directions: Line a muffin tin with silicone liners. Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla in a medium bowl until combined. Scoop about 1 Tbsp of mixture into each muffin cup, making sure the bottom is completely covered. Place 1 tsp of jam in the center of each muffin cup, and then add 1 Tbsp of yogurt mixture on top. Use the remainder of yogurt to make sure there is no jam showing. Place in freezer for about three hours or overnight. Remove from tin, and store in a freezer safe container for up to one month.

~ 3/4 cup prepared quinoa
~ 3/4 cup oat flour

Directions: Stir together all but berries and syrup until just combined. Heat a non-stick skillet and make pancakes, using about 1/3 cup batter for each. Serve hot with fresh berries and honey on top.

Ingredients:
~ 2½ lbs chicken wings
~ 1/2 cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
~ 4 large cloves garlic (minced)
~ 1½ tsp fresh minced ginger
~ 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
~ 2 Tbsp soy sauce
~ 2 Tbsp rice wine or white vinegar
~ pinch crushed red peppers (optional)
~ 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
~ salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
For the sauce: Yields half cup of sauce: Heat the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, orange juice, rice wine or vinegar, honey, and crushed red peppers in a sauce pan on medium low heat, stirring continuously until slightly reduced (about 10 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.
For the wings: Preheat grill to 425 degrees. If using gas or charcoal grill, use medium heat and make sure the wings are not on direct flame so they don’t burn.
Pat wings dry with paper towel, and toss in vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add wings directly to grill grate. Cook for about 40-45 minutes with lid closed, flipping them half way through the cook. Once nice and crispy, toss in sauce and enjoy. If cooking in the oven, place on a roasting rack, and cook for 30-35 minutes. You could also use the broil setting on an oven for the last couple minutes of the cook to get the skin extra crispy. Note: Chicken should be cooked to an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees.
