Ingredients
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease muffin tins to make 12 muffins.

Stir together all ingredients until there are no lumps. Spoon into muffin cups, and fill about ¾ full. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
