White Claw Honey Mule
Yield 1-2 Servings
Prep Time 2 Minutes
Total Time 2 Minutes
- 3 oz honey-ginger syrup (see below for recipe)
- 3 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 oz vodka
- 1 can of White Claw Hard Seltzer, lime flavor
- ½ cup Nature Nate’s pure honey
- ½ cup water
- 5-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced into small, thin rounds
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine honey-ginger syrup, lime juice and vodka. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, then fill two lowball glasses with ice and pour the cocktail into each glass until ¾ full. Top each cocktail with White Claw Lime and enjoy!
This not-so-basic honey syrup is a great add-in to cold or hot beverages that need a punch of all-natural sweetness. Infused with soul-warming ginger, it mixes seamlessly into tea, smoothies, cocktails or mocktails.
Combine honey and water in a small pot on low heat. Once honey and water have melted together to a syrupy consistency, add in ginger and bring to a low simmer. Once simmering, remove from heat and place lid on to let mixture steep for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour syrup through a fine sieve and store in an airtight container.
