Ingredients
- 6 strawberries, hulled and diced
- 2 Tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 scallion, diced
- 2 Nate’s 100% Pure Honey Minis
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
- Sea salt
- Chopped basil or cilantro for garnish (optional)
Directions
In a bowl, stir together strawberries, almonds, scallions, honey and lime juice. Drizzle with honey.
Spoon mixture into the center of the avocado halves and salt lightly.
Garnish with chopped basil or cilantro, if desired.
